Cottage cheese donuts is the family's favorites and taste especially good warm. Serve with a glass of cold milk aside.

Steps

1. Whisk the eggs with the sugar into a thick white foam.

  • egg (large) 5 pcs

2. Add cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, vinegar, flour, baking soda and salt. Form small round donuts with teaspoon. Fry the donuts in hot oil.

  • Tere cream cheese 5.0% 600 g,

3. Sprinkle donuts with powdered sugar before serving.
