Serve chicken fillet with green salad.

Steps

1. Mix in a bowl the yogurt, lemon juice, oil, curry, garlic, salt, pepper and chopped onion.

  • onion 1 pcs,
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp.,
  • olive oil 2 tbsp.,
  • Tere unflavoured yoghurt 3.0% 3 dl,
  • clove of garlic (crushed) 1 pcs,
  • curry powder 1 tsp.

2. Put the fillets in the marinade and mix. Leave the chicken in the marinade overnight.

  • chicken breast 700 g

3. Grind corn flakes and almonds; add the oil, salt and pepper.

  • corn flakes 130 g,
  • almonds (for decoration) 50 g,
  • salt,
  • black pepper,
  • oil (for cooking) 1 tbsp.

4. Whisk the egg.

  • egg (large) 1 pcs

5. Roll a handful of meat in the egg mixture and then in cornflakes.

6. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
